hey, does anyone know how to use these well? Im kindof understanding how to tweak with it but is there a better guide out there? i cant seem to find one

i have found an xp tweak to change the letters on the start menu.

i have tried many but windows updates seem to prevent alot of hacks by accident
if you dont know where yout registry editor is, then go to run and then type regedit
RUN>regedit
you might need a hex editor to acomplish this to
